Terms of Service of Elevate Success Coaching

1. Introduction

Welcome to Elevate Success Coaching ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our services, including in-person and online coaching programs, our website, and any related offerings. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer coaching programs aimed at personal and professional development. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • One-on-one and group coaching sessions.
  • Online and in-person training programs.
  • Digital resources, webinars, and workshops. 

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering for services.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payment and Cancellations

At Elevate Success Coaching, we value our clients’ commitment to their personal and professional growth. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy for our coaching services.


  • Fees for coaching sessions and programs are outlined on our website or communicated directly.
  • Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Bookings are confirmed upon the payment receipt.

      Prepaid Coaching Cycles:

Clients who purchase a coaching cycle (six sessions) at the discounted rate of $775 per hour ($4,650 total) must adhere to the following cancellation terms:

 

Early Cancellation & Refunds:

 

If a client chooses to cancel before completing all six sessions, the sessions already delivered will be charged at the stand-alone session rate of $850 per hour rather than the discounted cycle rate. The remaining balance, after adjusting for the delivered sessions, will be refunded to the client.

 

Rescheduling & Missed Sessions:

 

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a session.


Sessions canceled with less than 72 hours notice may be forfeited at the discretion of the coach, with no refund or rescheduling.

 

No-Shows:

 

If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be counted as used, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

 

Exceptional Circumstances:

 

We understand that emergencies happen. If a client faces extenuating circumstances, we encourage open communication, and we may offer flexibility at our discretion.

By purchasing a coaching cycle, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and commitment while respecting both the client’s and coach’s time.

5. Code of Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully and professionally with coaches and participants.
  • Not record, distribute, or misuse any coaching content without permission.
  • Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Coaching services are for personal development and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.
  • We are not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on coaching guidance.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Your personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with your consent.
  • Parental Consent and Communication

Parents/guardians must provide written consent before their child participates in any activities under Elevate Success Coaching.

Clear communication will be maintained with parents/guardians regarding their child’s participation.

  • Reporting and Safeguarding Procedures

If any concerns arise regarding child safety, [Your Business Name] will follow Danish legal procedures for reporting and addressing these concerns.

False or malicious accusations will be taken seriously, and appropriate legal action may be pursued to protect staff and the integrity of our work.

By agreeing to these terms, parents/guardians acknowledge their understanding of our child protection measures and consent to their child’s participation under these conditions.


8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these Terms, engage in misconduct, or fail to make required payments.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
